In any kind of damaged condition, be familiar with the jewelry you buy is covered by a 24-month warranty. That means we’ll replace or fix any damaged piece (or part) within 2 years of buying.

The warranty does not cover:

• Damage (accidental or else) that wasn't caused by defective materials or construction.
• Water damage to a product does not precisely manifest as water-resistant.
• Damage due to sensible wear and tear, and scratches.
• Lost or stolen articles.
