  • Exchanges and Returns are free for US customers.
  • THere is NO restocking fee or charge to return your product, and we will fully refund you.
  • Requests for a refund must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your product.
  • Any balance due to your exchange will be refunded or credited to the credit card submitted with your original order.
  • International customers will have to cover the shipping fees of their exchange or return.
  • The Express shipping fee is not going to be refunded because the service was already used.
  • Synthetic wigs are final sale products and cannot be returned!
  • For Human hair wigsthe lace doesn't have to be cut in order to be accepted for return/exchange.

  • Contact our Customer Service at help@irresistibleme.com for us to generate your pre-paid label with a tracking number. We'll send the label to you by email- you can print it, tape it outside the box anduse it to ship the package back free of charge.
  • Please DO NOT return the package without contacting us in advance. The refund or exchange can't be processed without having your return request registered in our system.
  • Please make sure you don't unseal the bag or the tube in order for your return to be accepted. If the seals (on the bag or tube) are broken, the return warranty is voided and you cannot send them back for a return or exchange anymore. This is due to hygienic and safety reasons.
  • Put the product in its original box, clearly untouched, unworn and odor-free, with the protective seals intact - all hair that has been used can't be exchanged. Any Hair Tools you send back have to be returned in their original boxes.
  • The sample weft provided is packed separately to give you a better look at the shade, length, and texture without opening the full set. Please do not wear it, wash it, dye it or use it in any way unless you are certain you want to keep the extensions. The sample must be included in the package when you return the extensions!
  • As soon as we receive your package and make sure the exchange & return conditions have been respected, we will proceed and place a new order for you or make a refund to the credit card you submitted with your original order (note it may take up to 30 days for your package to be processed).
  • For Human hair wigsthe lace doesn't have to be cut in order to be accepted for return/exchange.

the future of your product.

All the returns are properly inspectedby our dedicated returns team prior to being processed back in inventory. If your product is ineligible for exchange or refund (the seals are open, it has been used, or the sample weft is missing or tampered with)we will donate the product to a recycling company. This is due to hygienic and safety reasons. We willNOT return the products that failed the returns quality inspection.
